Found buck may be Michigan's largest non-typical
Big buck A whitetail found dead by a Clinton, Mich. woman while walking her dog in February may be the largest ever scored in the state. The 26-point buck discovered by Sharon Weidmayer was green-scored 247 4/8, surpassing the current record of 238 2/8 Boone & Crockett. As a result, Weidmayer, who does not hunt, has suddenly found fame among sportsmen and national hunting publications.
