I was recently in Clark county when I talked to a member of the Forestry & Parks Dept. He said Jackson County had discussed a possible charge for ATVers using the trails and that Clark county was also debating the issue. I own the only private campground located along the trail with ATV trail access. I also rent ATV's and guide the Clark County trail system.
Do any of you guys / gals pay to run on county or state trails? If so, are they better of worse, challenging or generic, than the Clark county trail system?
