Wisconsin DNR should resolve to cut regulations
As the new year nears, we often make futile New Year's resolutions.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources turns 40 next year, and it would be interesting to see what DNR secretary Matt Frank plans to resolve.
There are many reasons to be proud of his agency. Frank outlines many of the DNR's accomplishments over the past four decades on the DNR Web site,

For sportsmen, reestablishment of the wild turkey from wild stock transplanted here in the 1970s has to be one of the most important ones.
