Submit your photos to HMphotoblitz@gmail.com by July 28, 2013. Entries are limited to 3-5 photos. Please include your name, address, phone number and adult or youth division in your e-mail. The youth division is anyone aged 14 or younger. Photographs will be uploaded to a website for public viewing. Winners will be chosen and asked to submit a hardcopy of their photographs. Winning photos will be displayed at Marsh Haven Nature Center, Horicon Marsh Education and Visitor Center and Horicon Na-tional Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. By submitting your photos you give permission for the sponsoring centers retain the rights to use them for publications, press releases, websites, etc.
This photography contest is open to anyone who has a cam-era and a passion for Horicon Marsh. Photos must be taken during the weekend of July 13 and 14 to be eligible. While exploring the marsh, please make sure to follow all posted closing times, regulations and closed areas to protect the wildlife. At Horicon National Wildlife Refuge, photogra-phers are asked to please stay on established hiking and bicycling trails and other open visitor service areas.
