For several years, the DNR has maintained a database of deer, bear, and turkey registration stations on its website that hunters could use to find the registration station that best suited their needs. Several options are set up so the database could be searched by location or type of registration offered. A new option has been added that allows you to search for stations that can register deer harvested in the Chronic Wasting Disease Management Zone (CWD-MZ).
Hunters are required to register all deer harvested in the CWD-MZ in the Deer Management Unit (DMU) where they were harvested or a neighboring DMU within the CWD-MZ. This new search option should help hunters find these stations quickly and easily. The database can be found on the DNR website by searching for "registration stations" or by following this link:
