With the WBH convention fast approaching (March 2-4 in Stevens Point), invitations are being sent to hunting/outdoors related businesses that may want to have a vendor booth. This event is open to the public. The convention/show will be held Saturday, March 3rd in Stevens Point at the Holiday Inn Convention Center at 1001 Amber Ave. and is open from 8:00 to 4:00 pm

As convention draws near, we are growing the list of vendors for the Convention.

Today, Hunters Logic and Bucky Mountain Products were added to the line up of vendors at the WBH convention.

With the purchase of the Deer and Turkey expo by Bonnier Corp, comes a logo change. The logo I have posted a few post above is the old logo. Here is the new logo.

Today we added Stic-n-pic Trail camera systems and Safari Room Taxidermists.  They are currently mounting the potential new WI state record Black bear. (see link)

Today, Vollmer Taxidermy and Northwoods Bear Products were added as convention vendors.

Whitetail Arrows out of Lomira was added to the vendor list. Today I got to see several dozen of their arrows. they beautiful work.

The WBH convention is open to the public and since the general public does not get the WBH magazine, they won?t know about the event unless WBH advertises. To that end, WBH is advertising the convention in a couple of markets including Newspaper, Radio and public access TV (all in the Stevens Point and surrounding area.) WBH has purchased several radio ads on 98 WSPT and B104.9 radio. The ad will begin airing on Wednesday Feb. 29 and run right up until convention.

Newspaper ads for convention will run in the Stevens Point Journal beginning Sunday Feb. 26th.

This is all in an effort to increase awareness of the event.

Today Reed and Hoppes food plot systems was added to the line up. Addition vendors will be on had but had neither a web site or other info to post here. All told, there are some 60 vendors displaying their goods for your enjoyment.
