Starts out at the Nat?l Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, opens at 10 a.m. Mississippi River paddle-wheeler cruise on the Spirit of Dubuque, 3 p.m. After the cruise, the celebration will progress to a banquet in the ballroom of the DeSoto House Hotel in Galena, IL at 6 p.m. Celebration will honor Terry Ingram for his 50 years of service to preserve the bald eagle. 815/594-2306 or
