The Red Cedar Women's Pheasants Forever Chapter 631 has begun a new venture that is a step up from our past Youth Day event. A new Ringneck Rally event will be held rain or shine between the hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday September 22, 2007 at no cost to all that attend.
