"Operation Deer Watch" Begins Sunday, August 1 The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is asking for your help in monitoring the reproductive status of deer in the state. Please record and report all deer seen - bucks, does, and fawns - between August 1 and September 30. The entered observations will be used to determine doe to fawn ratios, which are a part of the population estimation equation, and will help guide future management decisions.
