The citizen (floor) resolutions are now posted on the DNR web site at:
http://www.dnr.state.wi.us/org/nrboard/congress/spring_hearings/2009/2009_Resolution_Master.pdf Here are some that caught my eye (that passed) there are others that are equally interesting that didn't pass, such as a ban on all bear hound hunting and bear bait hunting from Dane County which also produced a proposal to ban trapping in WI. and another from Dane to ban beaver trapping. I think we can guess which animal rights group in Dane county was behind that. In all, there were about 200 floor resolutions but a few were duplicates (such as 18 that passed to increase the over winter deer population).
