The Vietnam Memorial Wall That Heals, a half-size replica of the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial in Washington D.C., will be in Bemidji, Thursday through Sunday, April 3-6. An Opening Ceremony will be held Saturday, April 5, followed by a welcome to all veterans at the American Legion.
