Ninth bear hound killed
Hunters are reminded to exercise caution during this year's bear training and hunting season after a ninth bear training hound was killed by wolves in Florence County. Wildlife Services confirmed the depredation on August 12. Two other hounds were killed in Lincoln County on August 10.
