This contest is held on Pokegama Lake the 3rd Saturday in January (16 Jan 2010) with categories for kids and adults. Many local and visiting anglers vie for the prized "Big One" while sharing the beauty of the frozen lake and serene setting. Just buy a ticket at any participating business to be eligible for the contest and many door prizes to be given away.
