BUSES ROLL TO ASSEMBLY HEARING ON THE "BEAR BILL"
On August 19th the Assembly Committee on Fish and Wildlife will hold a hearing at 10 am in the State Capitol on the WBHA 2009 "Bear Bill".
This bill will allow for back-up shooters, get rid of back tags for Class B hunters, allow anyone under 16 to train without a Class B, provide for a free training weekend in August, and allow those with Class B who have already used up their Class A harvest tag to continue to train during the hunting season.
Buses are being organized to fill the hearing room with friendly bear hunters! The schedule for the buses is below. You are certainly free to make your own way to Madison, but we thought the buses would make it easier.
