The DNR is looking for assistance with a dragonfly survey, loon monitoring, frog and toad calling survey, fishing clinics, being a Campground Host in a State Park or State Forest, bluebird monitoring, acting at the Conservation Officer Academy, building nesting boxes, planting trees, searching for rare plants, scanning water permits, library database searches, and clearing trails, to name just a few.

Click on the geographic region listed in the sidebar to find the volunteer positions available in your part of the state. Statewide opportunities are available to people across the entire state. Individuals, families, and groups are welcome to participate. Children under the age of 16 must be under adult supervision to volunteer.
