Deer Jerkey
· take clean cut deer
· place in 2 cups warm water
· 4 teaspoons of garlic salt
· 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
· 4 teaspoons red cayenne pepper
· 2 teaspoons blackpepper
· 4 teaspoons of salt
1. mix well
2. place in cool place over night
3. pat dry in morning
4. place in dehydrator until jerkey is done
