Jenks Fishing Report - Thursday, October 1, 2009
============================================================
Walleye:
Walleye fishing is a little better but they're still in no pattern--they
seem to be scattered at all depths and on all baits.
Muskie:
Muskie action is still ok--cooling temps are bringing more jerk bait
action. Not much to speak of yet with live bait.
Crappie:
Crappie action still pretty good--still on the cribs and bogs but more
action in Moore's Bay.
Weather report
It finally rained a little and cooled off: 24 yesterday morning! Highs
in the 50's for the weekend with scattered rain on Fri and Sat.
Water level
Still edging down--current level is 1309.9
Water temperature
Water temp is down in the low 60's--much more seasonal.
Fall colors
No where near peak but still nice.
Fall Musky Tournament
The tournament guys will be on the area lakes on Fri, Sat and 1/2 day Sun.
