Skiers, snowmobilers enjoying lots of snow

With 18 to 24 inches of snow on the ground, the Hayward Lakes area has been transformed into a winter wonderland over the Christmas-New Year’s holiday period and area snowmobile and ski trails are getting plenty of use.
“All trails have been groomed and should be great for snowmobiling,” said Stan Strainis, trail captain for the Sno Mads Snowmobile Club.
