Title: Winter Storm Watch for all of North West Wisconsin

The national weather service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for all of North West Wisconsin in effect through Wednesday evening.

*ACCUMULATING SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN TUESDAY AFTERNOON ALONG THE NORTH SHORE OF LAKE SUPERIOR... AND RAPIDLY EXPAND ACROSS MUCH OF THE REST OF THE
NORTHLAND TUESDAY NIGHT... AND CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY. AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE THE NORTH SHORE... THE TWIN PORTS AREA... HINCKLEY... HAYWARD... BAYFIELD AND PARK FALLS. GREATER SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 INCHES OR MORE ARE POSSIBLE OVER MUCH OF NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.*

Temperatures are forecasted to remain below freezing, Lake Namakagon and Lake Owen have iced over but are NOT safe for riding. Keep checking back to see the latest snow reports for the Cable Area!
