26 6th Annual HEDA 5k Run/Walk (Help End Domestic Abuse)...  Phillips. Birch Island Resort, Bar & Grill, N8221 E. Wilson Flowage Road, 9 a.m. registration; 9:30 a.m. walkers start; 9:50 a.m. runners start, walk or run down a scenic country road and Help End Domestic Abuse (HEDA). Registration fee includes lunch provided by Birch Island Resort, Bar & Grill (dine-in only) and a chance to win various prizes. Plus there will be additional raffles and drawings. Adults receive a free T-shirt if they pre-register.
