7 states join Montana's FFA lawsuit
Images A total of seven states filed "friend of the court" briefs by Monday's deadline to join Montana's lawsuit to defend its Firearms Freedom Act, which argues that the federal government cannot regulate firearms manufactured, sold and retained in states. Utah, Alabama, Idaho, South Carolina, South Dakota, Wyoming and West Virginia all signed on to the lawsuit. Via AP.
