Chippewa Flowage fishing report.. Sunday, July 4, 2010

Walleye:
Walleye fishing continues to be so-so.  I know a lot of people are
fishing the weeds, but I'm stubborn:  I'd still be in the deeper brush
in 15-20 feet.

Muskie:

Muskie are still moving around on bucktails and surface baits.

Crappie:
Crappie fishing is best on the bogs in the evening on minnows.

Panfish:
Bluegill fishing is ok on worms and waxies--the better ones are going to be in that deeper brush.

Bass:
Sounds like the smallmouth fishing is better than the
largemouth.<BR>Nitecrawlers are best in the wood.
