Chippewa Flowage fishing report 6.21.10

Walleye:
Walleye are still scattered about with more reports of weed fishing with beetle Spins.  Leechs are becoming the live bait choice.

Muskie:
Still not real exciting.  People are seeing fish--more on bucktails--but
still a lot of lookers.

Crappie:
Cribs, deep weeds and bogs with minnows.

Panfish:

A lot of action in the shallows on waxies and Gulp products.

Bass season

Bass season opened today--I didn't hear very much today but my next report should have more info.

Weather report

Temps will be in the upper 70's with scattered rain in Mon, Tues and
Wed.

Water level

Lots of water!!  The lake is only about 7-8 inches down from full pool.

Water temperature

Warmer weather has water temps back up to 70.
