Chippewa Flowage fishing report 6.2.10

Walleye:
Walleye fishing is so-so.  A lot more action in the weeds on Beetle
Spins and twister tails in 4-8 ft. More leech action in deep water.

Muskie:
Nothing real exciting yet except for lots of follows with no
takers--that's good action though.

Northern:

Not many reports lately, but the west side will still be best.

Crappie:
The crappie are scattering out into deeper water.  Look for deeper weeds and the cribs pretty soon.

Panfish:
Bluegill are still thick in the shallows.  Waxies and Gulp are doing
good.

Weather report

Nice temps in the mid 70's but it looks like off and on rain through
most of the weekend.

Water level

Still about 1'10" down.  Not a problem and the boat landings are still
decent.

Water temp

Low 70's seem to be what most people are finding.
